South Coast Exploration

Arranged the sale of common stock and established a limited partnership to fund exploration. South Coast was a private oil and gas company with exceptional 3-D seismic skills and a geographic focus on the Gulf Coast. South Coasts affiliate is INEXS, a 3-D consulting firm.

Transco Energy

Advised Transco on the merger of its coalbed methane projects in the Black Warrior Basin with those of Torch Energy. The transaction was preempted by Teco Energy's acquistion of the properties.

United Gas Pipeline

Advised the Board of Directors and assisted in the negotiations relating to the sale of the company to Koch Industries for over $400 million.
