Benz Energy Inc.

Private placement of $30mm senior debt with overriding royalty for refinancing and development drilling.

Carrollton Resources

Arranged equity financing of $6.5 million with one year option on an additional $5.5 million to effect the rollup of exisitng investors into a Louisiana limited liability corporation and to support a substantially increased drilling budget.

Centurian Exploration Company

Privately arranged common stock financing facility to fund a startup 3D-seismic driven oil and gas acquisition and exploration company focused in the onshore Gulf Coast.

Costilla Energy

Arranged $10 million preferred and common equity financing to expand their scale of acquisition and drilling opportunities. Costilla used proceeds from this financing to support rapid asset growth leading towards an initial public offering of common stock eighteen months later.

Frontier Natural Gas

Arranged $10 million of mezzanine debt and project equity for South Louisiana 3-D acquisition and exploration and development drilling.

Magnum Hunter Resources

Placed $10 million of convertible preferred stock for acquisition and development.   Supported a several-fold increase in the company´s size within one year.

Osprey Petroleum Partners, L.P.

Arranged $51 million of senior debt with overriding royalty interest for acquisition of producing assets in the shallow waters offshore Texas, and for the drilling of eight probable wells and one PUD. Osprey was able to choose among equity and mezzanine debt alternatives. Osprey has a highly regarded 3-D exploration geoscience team and a newly acquired 2,500 mile 3-D seismic database.
